1. Return conditions

Customers should check the goods condition and can exchange/ return the item immediately at the time of delivery/receipt of goods in the following cases:

  • Goods, not the right type, model code in order, or as on the website at the time of order.
  • Not enough energy, not enough as in order.
  • Condition outside the affected packaging torn, peeling, breakage,...

 Customers are responsible for the relevant paperwork to prove the shortcomings on to complete the refund/return of goods. 

2. Regulations on the notice period and send the products return

  • Time change notice pay: within 48 hours from receipt of the products with respect to the case of products lack of accessories, gifts or shatter.
  • Sending time shipping paid products: within 14 days from the receipt of the product.
  • Locations return products: Customers can bring the goods directly to the office/ store, or our shipping through the mail.
