- Origin: 85% of supply from El Triangulo-Casablanca estate, 15% from San Antonio valley. Regions heavily influenced by the Pacific Ocean.
- Total vineyard area is 17 acres with Pinot Noir variety grown popularly since 1989 in the Casablanca region.
- Harvest: hand-pick grapes throughout April
